Responsibilities

Intelic is strengthening its presence in Ukraine by building trusted relationships with key partners and military end users. To support this mission, we are looking for a Forward Customer Success Manager who will work directly with Ukrainian military stakeholders and partners, ensuring they gain lasting value from Intelic’s solutions.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between users in the field and Intelic’s global teams. You will capture structured feedback, support effective product usage, enable training and adoption, and foster collaboration between local stakeholders and internal product, engineering, and operations teams.

Working closely with Field Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership, you will directly influence how Intelic’s solutions evolve and how they are adopted in real operational environments. Your role combines relationship-building, enablement, and operational support in high-tempo field conditions.

In practice, this means:

• Cultivate strong relationships with Ukrainian military end users and Ukrainian key partners.

• Ensure effective enablement, including executing train-the-trainer programs and sustained usage of the product.

• Support the Field Support Engineer with onboarding, testing, and pilots (train-the-trainer and integrations) of products.

• Lead onboarding from a relationship and training perspective, supported by the Field Support Engineer on technical matters.

• Collect and structure user feedback for Product and Engineering.

• Identify and communicate emerging user needs and gaps.

• Resolve common customer incidents related to hardware, software, and deployment issues.

• Collaborate with Field Operations and Engineering to drive improvements in enablement and product based on client input.

• Act as a local extension of the Customer Success Lead, to whom you will report.

What You Will Bring

This includes:

• Prior involvement with UAVs (drones), ground control systems, or military tech is a strong advantage.

• Experience in training delivery or user onboarding (especially in technical environments).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of digital literacy (experience with software platforms).

• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in field conditions.

• Native or fluent Ukrainian; professional proficiency in English is required.

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or partner engagement.

• Existing military or defense-related network in Ukraine is a plus.

• Strong motivation and goal-orientation.
