Responsibilities
As Head of Finance, you will play a key role in building Intelic’s financial backbone during a critical phase of growth. This is a high-impact role for an ambitious finance professional who wants to step beyond classic finance execution and grow into a broader strategic leadership position over time.
You will work closely with the CEO and Management Team to translate strategy into financial reality: building models, structuring decisions, supporting fundraising, and ensuring the company scales with financial discipline. This role combines hands-on execution today with clear growth into a more senior finance leadership role as Intelic scales.
In practice, this means:
• Act as the primary finance partner to the CEO and MT, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Own financial planning, forecasting, cashflow management, and scenario analysis in a fast-scaling environment
• Build and maintain financial models that connect product, sales, hiring, and capital needs
• Support fundraising efforts (Series A and beyond, including non-dilutive funding)
• Manage relationships with investors and external stakeholders; prepare clear reporting, updates, and board materials
• Set up and professionalize core finance operations, including accounting, controlling, and reporting
• Establish scalable financial processes, governance, and compliance foundations appropriate for a growing B2B/B2G company
What You Will Bring
You are a highly driven finance professional with strong analytical skills, commercial intuition, and the ambition to grow into a senior finance leader.
This includes:
• Multiple years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, transaction services, or a fast-growing tech company
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and structuring skills
• A business-oriented mindset: you understand that finance is a tool to enable strategy, not just report on it
• Exposure to fundraising, M&A, or investor-facing work is a strong plus
• Interest in learning operational finance, accounting, and compliance topics quickly on the job
• Comfort working in ambiguity and building structure in a high growth phase
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a strong plus)

• You have built a clear and credible financial planning and reporting rhythm for the company
• The CEO and MT rely on you as a sharp sparring partner for financial and strategic decisions
• Fundraising processes are well-prepared, data-driven, and professionally executed
• Core finance operations are under control, predictable, and scalable
• You have laid the foundation for a finance function that can grow with the company
• You are visibly growing in scope, confidence, and leadership as Intelic scales
