Question 1

Is Nexus a multi-platform and multi-domain capable system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nexus is a platform-agnostic Command and Control (C2) platform designed for seamless operation across air, land, and sea domains. It supports the simultaneous management of diverse unmanned systems (UxVs), creating a unified unmanned ecosystem within a single interface.

Question 2

Can Nexus integrate with any (kind of) drone?

Accepted Answer

Nexus is built to speak the same language as almost any unmanned system. We use standard industry protocols like Mavlink, ROS2, and NATO-grade standards so our software can connect to a huge variety of drones and ground vehicles (UGVs). You can control different types of robots at the same time, from one screen.

Question 3

Can Nexus handle swarming and autonomous functions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nexus isn't just a remote control; it's an intelligence layer. It supports enhanced visual navigation in GNSS-denied conditions, graceful degradation features, augmented reality POI navigation and bomb sighting/estimation fine-tuning. These features are part of a continuously expanding intelligence and autonomy platform within Nexus, designed to offload the cognitive burden from the pilot and effectively make any operator an expert in the field.

Question 4

Is Nexus battle-tested and currently deployed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nexus is operationally validated and has been deployed in active conflict zones, specifically Ukraine. The software has proven its reliability and effectiveness in high-intensity combat scenarios where rapid decision-making is critical.

Question 5

Does Nexus function in GPS-denied or EW-contested environments?

Accepted Answer

Nexus is specifically engineered to operate in contested environments. It features robust navigation algorithms that allow for mission success even during Electronic Warfare (EW) interference or in GPS-denied areas where traditional signals are unavailable.

Question 6

Can Nexus connect to Battlefield Management Systems (BMS)?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Nexus is designed for full interoperability with major Battlefield Management Systems, including ATAK, Delta, and SITWARE. It ensures a real-time data flow between unmanned systems and the broader command structure.

Question 7

What are Intelic's ethical principles regarding autonomy?

Accepted Answer

Intelic is committed to a strict human-in-the-loop philosophy. While Nexus provides high levels of autonomy to reduce operator cognitive load, the human operator always maintains final authority over kinetic actions, ensuring full compliance with international humanitarian law.

Question 8

Is Nexus compliant with international law?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Intelic software systems are developed to be compliant with international legal frameworks and the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC). Our focus is on increasing precision and reducing collateral damage through superior situational awareness.

Question 9

Does Nexus support both reconnaissance and strike missions?

Accepted Answer

Nexus is a multi-mission platform. It supports a wide range of mission profiles, from Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) to active interception and strike missions, depending on the integrated payloads and user authorization.

Question 10

Who are the primary users and customers of Nexus?

Accepted Answer

Due to the sensitive nature of the defense industry, specific end-user details are often classified. However, Nexus is utilized by defense forces, government agencies, and strategic partners to provide comprehensive air defense and surveillance solutions.
